This entity is the one that legally holds the title deed to the property. Ownership of your property NFT is proportionate to the shareholding structure of the LLC. You would have to invite interested non-members buyers to join NOVUS SOCIETAS to facilitate the sale. There will be a 6% transaction fee for all secondary sales.

Even if the property NFTs can be transferred between whitelisted addresses outside of our marketplace; that will not trigger the legal transfer of ownership of the property shares in the LLC of the property without completing it with legalised signatory process.
